To file a claim during our regular business hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, please contact Halstead Insurance at (978) 345-2505 or (888) 345-2755.

In the event of a claim please provide the following information:

  • Date and time of accident
  • Location
  • Damage to your vehicle
  • Driver/Owner information
  • Driver of other vehicle (if applicable)
  • Name of police department contacted (if any)

If any injuries occur or the damages exceed $1,000.00, you are required to complete an "Operators Report of Motor Vehicle Accident" which can be obtained at any local police department or downloaded from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
